Although our new product looks like ice cream at first glance, it offers a very different experience from classic desserts:

Inside: Freeze-dried, 100% real and additive-free fruits (such as strawberries, raspberries, bananas). Outside: A dense chocolate layer prepared with shock freezing technique, covered with real bitter or milk chocolate.

Presentation: Served cold, in a special package.

The production process of this product requires high precision and technology:

Fruit Drying with Freeze Dried Technology:

The fruits are first quickly frozen, then dehydrated in a vacuum environment to make them crispy and light. This technique preserves the color, nutritional value and aroma of the fruit by 95%.

Chocolate Coating:

Frozen fruits are coated in melted chocolate and then shocked again to create a crispy exterior and light-structured taste.

Cold Chain:

The products are stored in special packaging and transported in a cold chain until they reach the customer.
